personally have tried and gone through a lot of streamers settings. Most of them are just way to slow or the graphics are just unsatisfactory on low.. but when I watch their streams its not that slow at all for them. I mean then I think about them playing 5-10 hours a day supposedly scrolling their arm all the way across their desks for that long period of time it makes zero sense.

Play with them, test them... You will find something that works for you, especially with the mouse settings, they are game changing when you find what works for you.
