I actually think the havoc is super powerful. I melted people at mid-close rage with it like crazy.
Its at least twice as powerful as the R-301 up until the damage starts dropping off due to range.
The only drawback is the charge up time and its hipfire is garbo.
Tried the singlefire on it and didnt like it at all. Not really enough damage considering wingman does about the same and fires instantly and accurately and faster and everything.
its not twice as powerful r301 does 14 per shot havoc does 18 .. it does feel kinda weak tho compared to other weapons. better to release it slightly underpowered than overpowered though
Almost like stuff should not be compared to the Wingman or Peacekeeper,right now because the are cheap and broken crutches right now

There isn't damage drop off in this game,if you do 45 damage in a room you will do that same 45 damage across the map.
When i say "twice as powerful" Doesnt just mean it does more damage.
It has a higher dps.
I kill people almost twice as fast with the thing.
And maybe the gun shoots so fast it seems each round is doing 30-40 up close. There might not be damage falloff im not sure but thats what it seemed like to me anyway. I def could be wrong.
