There is an overwhelming multitude of valid reasons that one may have to stop playing video games suddenly. Preference and simple choice are among them. There will be no penalty for exiting a game at any time.
Instead of trying your best to get a win, they went with the everybody gets a trophy for participating method, which results in clowns running in solo, dying, then bailing on their team.
These clowns should not be able to join a new match until their entire team has won or is dead, but EA enjoys watching clowns wreck the game for the rest of the squad.
We can just hope that this gets change before season 1, but it's highly unlikely as EA has shown no eagerness towards proper team work.
It's shocking that clowns join a team based game, and cry because they want to solo everything, but can't, then rage quit. But this is how dumb the average player has become.
