Octane need 45% or 50% Stim.
Octane needs a fast stim because he has to sacrifice health to use it, and his going fast thing is all he has.
And he is super slow at 30%, and he is not worth using because he requires too much damage to go a little bit faster.
30% Increase to run speed is slow.
And its not worth it, since he has to sacrifice health to use it.
Besides, Bangalore and Bloodhound gets 30%+ run speed for free.
Octane has to be leaps and bounds faster than them to justify taking damage to go faster than them.
45% Stim is the safe buff.
50% Stim is the Gibraltar buff.- @hhnbbfggty66 Increase Alternator damage.

hmmm, What would you make it?
..I would love to see the
Disruptor round Alternator return as a Lifeline Legendary Carepackage weapon.
This could be a cool buff for lifeline to keep her from being overshadowed by Gibraltar.
Also it keeps in the theme with the Alternator being Lifeline favorite weapon.
It will give that much more reason to Ambush a Lifeline Carepackage.
