Hey @AHincy @GodsColdTea and @SlayMeBaby I had this problem as well. Tried all the posted fixes and nothing worked. I finally had the idea to try and get my screens, the ones we have to go through to link the accounts, to match what EA had posted. Meaning i had to get rid of that verification/security code page because they never show up. I figured it out this am. If you go to your EA account and under the security tab/ page check and see if you have the account verification setting turned on, its the setting that sends out an email with a code if EA doesn't recognize your device or where you are logging in from. Mine was and I disabled that setting. Went back to Twitch Prime, after disconnecting my Twitch and EA account, went though all the steps again, clicked Apex, clicked the skin i wanted to claim, my screen showed i had already claimed it from the countless attempts to connect the accounts, then clicked the box that said to link accounts to claim, Said yes to authorize twitch accessing my EA data, the logged into my EA account on the next screen, then i got the screen to link the accounts clicked link. logged into apex on my Xbox and boom twitch prime skins. <<<<TL/DR>>>>> Disable the account verification setting on your EA account then try and link the accounts
