while videos may prove that other people are also breaking the rules, that does not excuse oneself from breaking the rules in retaliation. If you already contacted Support and your case has therefore been evaluated, there is nothing else that can be done.

@EA_Pythia Its not fair at all to be treated like this, ive worked so hard for that account i paid and i give up time and hard work for it, i hope you take this in consideration, An average gamer including me as well, get easily banned from such small and honest  mistake which ive explained and proved  Whereas celebrities from YouTube and twitch never got banned and they are doing this for many years, cheaters as well who got unbanned cuz they are famous and there are proof all over the youtube channels ..



During the game in question, I was repeatedly targeted and harassed by another player. Despite my best efforts to ignore their behavior and continue playing, the player's actions became increasingly hostile and disruptive. As a result, I felt compelled to defend myself and retaliate. 



All im hoping for  here is to look into the cases in two sides not sentence the account for perma ban cuz its so devastating to do to an average player, we are humans we are not robots we all make mistakes we we try to be better version of our selves and thats what we all hope for 😀
