I'm assuming you met all of the eligibility requirements, Try clearing your browser cookies and cache and retry.

Also see if you can try again on a different browser.

Get back to me if any there are any results.

@TheRedLion93 We also tried from 3 different computers and still the same error.
Like i think its a trouble in the part that a name UNKNOWN

@Jukes_3E4Hey there, There could be a chance there is information missing from your EA account profile. You may want to log into the account management and make sure everything is filled out correctly.

@E9ine_ACWe have a player who registered for the last algs but had the same problem this season.

I have the same issue, and I'm from a country that is eligible for ALGS. All necessary information like Real Name is written, but I have the error "*Please fill in your first name". EA Help site is not working, I can't create a case because it simply drops back on the main EA site. So no one else to ask how to fix it.
