Heres how you should balance the PK - Remove ALL aim assist from it. Then we will see how many of these leaping hipfire oneshots happen.
I gather on PC this weapon is balanced. On console - every potato tier player I meet has one so when they spray and miss a full clip of r301 they can flick to the 2nd and start tossing a coin for instakills
