You guys realize you get 1000 coins back from hitting max level right? So free $10 return (in game) plus every 8 levels you get 2 weapon skins basically, plus a 100% guarantee legendary skin. On top of xp bonuses, stat trackers, then you get 6 packs I think free? Without using any of the coins you'll be earning. I mean some of those weapon skins are damn sexy anyway especially the level 100 one looks gorgeous.
I mean it's 10 bucks new legend, new skins, free skins, $10 worth of coins. Sounds worth it to me, I've spent more than 10 dollars already this at least repays itself + more.
@VisualfEX yeah exactly, for 10 bucks it is worth it when people will spend 10 bucks on 10 apex packs.. I reckon a lot of the people complaining were never going to spend money on the game anyway. You get a battlepass with all that contains and the opportunity to earn the coins back and spend them on whatever.
It's lackluster, but it's definitely in line with any of their other cosmetic things. I was more hoping for a ranked system or something beyond the initial 100 lvls I have already earned, or some gameplay enhancing things, so I understand the disappointment people are feeling.
The only way to get packs is by shelling out the cash. You don’t get any past lvl 100. So the only progression in game past lvl 100 is pay walled. This is the reason I for one will not spend a dime on packs. I’ll buy the terribly trash season pass cause I love the game and support these devs. But this is starting to stink of an EA money grab and I’m not cool with it. I mean at least other F2P games have some sort of super grindy route you can take if necessary. But this game is literally holding anyone down that doesn’t have extra money to throw at the game. Not cool.
