Probably never tbh, well maybe they'll cross Ps4+Xbox one but it'll never cross with PC for a ton of reasons. One being mouse and keyboard have a superior advantage over console players in terms of movement and aim, secondly the PC hacker problem has always existed since the beginning of time and I'm sure console players don't want to be flooded with all the hackers. This will contain the problem to mostly just PC and not have them have a huge database of all consoles slapped together and a lot more log files to sift through looking for reports of actual hackers.
So as for the console to console part that will probably happen at some point, however game was just released and has tons of other things to work on and fix before they shift attention to that.
