@DarthValtrex I hit him fine, the problem is the fact he's got such high mobility combined with an utter lack of audio cues from both his grapple and movement. Losing track of him for a split second is a loss....then throw in the fact most squads have a pathfinder on them it just makes for a highly stressful play experience.
The one saving grace half the players using him are only doing so because of the audio advantage....and are terrible with him.
I honestly think he should be locked until they fix him. Yes all the pathy mains will whine but they've got a game changing advantage due to a bug that respawn are too negligent to fix, and it's downright irritating frankly.
