Of course it will be.

Playstation already has confirmed PS5 has backward compatibility. On top of this, they have tools to enable developers to smoothly transfer PS4 games to PS5 graphics etc. This means there is more than enough native support for both consoles to play together - it's simply a matter of power/graphics that will be the difference.
