@DarthValtrexofc not every player who suddenly reached master has got boosted. But when player's ever max rank is around platinum, his avg dmg 300 and k/a less then 1 and suddenly he became master - that's the case. In additional, they can check if somebody played on account from another IP address and compare account(or last seasons) avg game stats with those when games have been played from another IP address.
