Did you submit a ban appeal or just contact customer support? I'm going to use a macro that I have for ban threads (it contains a link to the appeals process). The appeals are a bit back logged at the moment, so response times are fairly slow at the moment. Have you tried logging into and checking the status of your appeal? They should issue a decision on the appeal, if the appeal is denied you can then submit a second appeal. If it's been more than about 5-6 weeks since you filed the appeal and you have not heard back let me know. There have been a few instances in which players missed communication from the EA TOS teams.
Hey welcome to AHQ! Unfortunately AHQ (the forum) won't be able to do much for you on the ban. You will need to contact the EA TOS department, they are the only teams who can review bans and reverse them.
Please only submit 1 ticket, and wait for a response. I have heard they are receiving an unusually high number of appeals, so it might take a few weeks to get a response. They will respond it just takes time for them to review everything and respond.
If your initial appeal is denied, then you can submit a second appeal.
Keep an eye on your emails spam and junk folder, just to make sure you do not miss any communication from the EA TOS department.
