    Hi there, @idc9619.

    If you received a ban without playing, it's possible your account has been hacked. For assistance with hacked accounts, please see the following article. You should also contact an advisor so they can make sure your account is secured and under your control. That can be done by opening a case here. They can also help with submitting a dispute for the ban. If you'd like to submit a dispute yourself, that can be done with the instructions in this article, but I would recommend you make sure an advisor notes that your account has been hacked.
