Red Wraith stat trackers and battle pass skydive emotes

I started playing Apex Legends literally one week after the second-anniversary event. Is there any slight chance that Respawn makes a tracker market or something like that to complete current tracker sets or get them if you don't have them? And also the skydive emotes from previous battle passes can they return or not? Thanks a lot for the Answers.
