No, The knockdown shields are over powered.
I have footage from season 0 and the blue shields only had 250hp, now they have 500hp.
Its too much.
level 3 had 500 now they 700+.

One thing to remember is that if you make easy to kill knocked players you also nerf lifeline. I would suggest hop-up for mozam and p2020 that bypass knockdown shield,or add this ability to hammer rounds.
