Refund for “Accidental Purchase” due to strange purchase interaction

Hey! I accidentally had a couple of misclicks happen about a week ago unfortunately.

I was actually just trying to look at the Axel skins, and somehow I accidentally bought the character with Apex Coins. I only clicked on the skin like 2–3 times and suddenly the purchase just went through instantly.

I already contacted support, but they told me they don’t have access to ingame items, so now I’m trying my luck here on the forum instead ^^’

Would be really awesome if there’s maybe still some way to get this resolved and get the Coins refunded. It genuinely wasn’t intentional, I actually wanted to save the Coins for future Battle Passes.

And you can also see in the video that it wasn’t my intention to buy the character, since I didn’t even move my mouse. I also honestly think the way this is implemented ingame is pretty questionable...

    Thanks for taking the time to describe the situation. Accidental purchases happen; it seems the timing didn't work in your favor in the video. 

    This likely isn't the response you were hoping for, but I'm afraid we don't have the necessary tools to handle refund requests here on the forums. Live support is the go-to for this, so if they say a refund isn't possible for in-game items, unfortunately, that would be that.

    Thanks for the response. As I mentioned, I already contacted support. They told me that they don’t have access to accounts/items. However, when I asked if there was anyone else I could contact or if they had another department for this, they just said yes without actually providing me with any contact information.

    I genuinely don’t understand how this system is supposed to work. Who am I even supposed to contact if the official customer support itself doesn’t have access to these things??
