Regarding the "report case"
Why does it show that my case has been successfully sent, but when I click on the ‘My Cases’ button at the top left corner to enter the case records, I cannot find any cases? Is this an issue on my end? Or is it the case that cases will only appear once they have been responded to by a customer service representative? Previously submitted cases received no response, although it did show as successfully sent when I initially sent them. Could you please provide me with a solution and some guidance on how to proceed? Thank you!
