@dSKyNafinchinSame here, peak apex was seasons 5-9 to me. Played a lot of arenas too in season 9. Now I don't even want to touch that mode.
Not sure if I'm reaching my end with apex but I've been playing less and less each season. I'm not mad at the game nor Respawn but more of I don't really care about the game or not as much as before. I'm now at the point of I like talking about the game more than actually playing it. Hope the new map brings that excitement back. BR fatigue is definitely kicking but gun run gave me hope.
@Cheese9Man BR fatigue is a fantastic term. I love a lot of different game genres, but I can't just play the same thing over and over. I'm almost always down to hop on some Apex, but sometimes I'm just tired of BR in general, so I take a break for a day or two, and then I actually feel like playing BR again. That's one reason I enjoy the LTM's so much. Even if they aren't the best mode, I can get a break from BR, but still be on Apex.
Also definitely looking forward to the new map. It looks like I am going to enjoy it, based on the photos and the one video I've seen. Won't know until I can actually play on it though. I really liked Storm Point (or Storm Front or whatever) when it first came out, but it's gotten to the point where I usually just avoid the map when it's the current one. I'll hit up ranked or whatever mode is NOT on Storm Point. Not really sure what changed my opinion of it, other than time and games played
