Remove heat shield. encourages more storm fights and team can sit in storm for the whole game

@hayhor I kinda welcome the edition. I'd use them only in emergency situations cuz I prefer playing the ring. I don't understand players that fight outside the ring the risk vs reward isn't that high imo.
