remove premading in ranked games
nuff said, it will remove account boosting as well

@Asmodeus566 and many people also left, because they are sick of running into stacked pred teams in diamond and above...
@RevMainPls Why premades should be banned when the game is far more enjoyable if you play it with friends? How about getting yourself a team instead of crying?
