Remove The Reload Animation when swapping

@RevenanT-G7 yea, i just died because of this. i don't get it though, why is this a thing ? it makes no sense at all. i just swapped weapons and didnt click reload or anything like that and it does that animation and i litterly died just because of that. it blows my mind how they put this in the game, it's a small thing but it litterly ruined my game just now.

- @Cro_Pittt Yeah, i dont a give a * if it's an old post man, it's still a problem and therefore relevant, i am not going to go thru the hassle of submitting another report of this same issue when i can just post on a already existing thread.
