Just a thought , what if you could reprint a expired teams banner. Would cost a good amount of crafting/time to do so?
I think this would be a great option when you need to get out of the fight and reset or your teams banner is camped and you have no other option.
Say 150 material and 20 seconds to reprint it at the replicator

@ISO200022 I see your point, but I can see this getting out of hand quick with toxic players. Imagine getting grieved by a teammate and once your respawn times out they start crafting your banner so you can't leave a ranked match without penalty? IMO you have plenty of time to get a teammates banners and if you can't I find usually t is there fault for being somewhere they should not have been or you were somewhere you should not have been. Nice idea though.
You cannot craft a banner until the timer is up... If you want to leave the team , then leave... there is no way your running and getting enough material and craft a banner to troll. If you are in a match just leave... not that hard. this is a mechanic option to get your other team members back in game.
Hey I am all for being able to respawn players without a banner. I would love to see drop ships all over the map. And huge endgame fights, that is why comp plays the way it does. Loot at the start , avoid till second to last zone. The reason is the fights might be more campy but its a lot more intense. The problem is that there would be 3/4ths the lobby left if you allow respawning without a banner and it would just be a gigantic ult * show. Allowing crafting of a banner would take time to collect resources , choosing over crafting an item needed atm, or saving to craft a banner later. This will still allow more teams at the later games but not to many.
