oh i dont think so,,, they can make new chars and coming up , they running wildly ingame SEA server now, with random name like Fz... or ENMB... or fjsdfskdjf... with all speed hack wall , aimbot, i report everygame im in, some use hack smartly only active aimbot when needed and i have to specs like 5 mins or more to see when they shotting.
In my conclusion, Present anti cheat program is doing bad job -_- atleast on my server

    Well they have only just begun to hardware ban cheaters. Give it a week or so.

    it is doing a bad job everywhere and right now it seems that Respawn is losing the battle.

    I wonder if they even thought about anticheat before they launched the game?

    Anyhow. I bet you that they are doing what they can, even though it's not enough. But they are trying at least.
