Reporting system

I’m not sure where to put this but I genuinely love how EA just allows harassment and threats and does nothing about it. What’s the point of having certain guidelines just to do nothing about it. I put a report in yesterday because I was getting threats and harassed by two people and of course the response from EA was “WE REVIEWED YOUR REPORT AND DIDN’T TAKE ANY ACTION THIS TIME” and then have the audacity to say they have a well-trained, dedicated team. Apparently the report button is useless now.
