@Cro_Pittt Its simple really, to make people scan the new UAV beacons.
@hayhorProbably, but I think the BH changes are going to tick people off. Seer was the scan legend everyone wanted nerfed, not BH. All this White Raven stuff seems like an unnecessary complication for how BH works, too.
