Revenant heirloom refund

Hello,

I have a refund request regarding to an Apex Legends Heirloom item. The issue is as follows... I have bought a lot of packs (about 180 euros worth) in the latest event to finally get my first ever heirloom, and I got it! Yaaay! However in the heat of the moment I did not make a great decision on the hero I bought that heirloom for... As you may be aware, movement techniques in Apex are a very integral part of the game, alongside the amazing gunplay elements. The heirloom of my choice was Revenant's "Dead man's curve" scythe, but only after buying the skin did I realize that most movement techniques are not actually possible on revenant for some unexplainable reason. I would personally go on to argue that it is a bug in fact that revenant can not wallhop for example like all other legends can. Due to the fact that my chosen hero is unable to perform basic actions in the game, I feel pretty dissatisfied with my purchase. It is pretty depressing to blow 180 euros on something that is worse than literally every other hero in the game. So for that reason I would feel it would be fair to refund this purchase on my account so I could get my heirloom shards back and make a better choice, due to my favourite heirloon character is bugged. ☹️ Thank you in advance for your help and I hope you may be able to help me with this issue.
