Revenant is not broken, Octane is.

@HeyNameDoesntFi As an Octane main, I hate to say it but this is accurate. However I really don't want Pad to get nerfed, they already gave it a 90 second cooldown and if it gets much worse Octane will lose so much versatility. Like, I'm sorry that the two ults have good synergy, but Jump Pad has to give a lot of freedom to it's users to keep it from being garbage like back in the old days.
- @SheepsKing Nothing needs to really be nerfed. Sound is needed. Just like with Horizon. She didnt need her nerfs, she needed sound on her tactical.
- @hayhor This basically sorts out the issue. The lack of sound or at least inconsistent sound is ridiculous. Like @SheepsKing said the ults have good synergy it's gonna happen with games like this. Look at what it was like before with Horizons ult and say Caustics ult.
On a similar note the repeated nerfs to legends because they have a high pick rate is ridiculous. Everyone that's fun to play just gets crapped on. Just buff everyone that's trash.
