Revenant/Loba Lore Controversy (Potential spoilers)
A lot of people are disappointed with the Twitter post Apex sent out a day ago but I think it's stupid.
How did Loba, a thirty-four year old rich socialite defeat Revenant, a trained simulacrum and assassin who has a blade in his hand?
Firstly, Loba competes in a bloodsport, meaning she obviously has training and fighting Revenant isn't as hard for her as it might seem. In addition, from what I have gathered, both Loba and Revenant fell down the elevator but Loba escaped the impact by using her bracelet. It's also possible Revenant didn't even try to kill her, as despite his rage, he realises that Loba is still his only hope at dying.
Why is the conclusion of the best storyline in the game presented in a motion comic with only 2 images and not a cinematic?
It's not the conclusion. That's the simple answer. This was even confirmed by a writer Tom Casiello, who confirmed this is only the end of chapter one.
