Those patch notes are getting shorter and shorter with time, it's so obvious now that it's to create further "content" and fake hype for mid-season/new season ...
Most things could be fixed much sooner in small patches instead of waiting 4 months (and that we all got cancer from annoying things) , like the EVA-8 change to fire rate.
