Next season totally depends on the map. I am hyped about 8/10 for it. My fear is they didn't learn from stormpoint.

N/A out of 10
The formula won't do it for me, what is it? New map every 3 seasons, a redo of an old map each season, some new character. These are not bad things in and of themselves, but I can't get hyped when fundamental problems of Apex have been around for seasons. The main one for me now is the absurd Respawn rank approach fiasco.
You can add 10 characters to the game, 3 new maps, it wouldn't matter. If the basic climbing mode of the game is bad, and the basic core way the game works is bad, it's a zero on the scale. I play the game, but this game is as serious as Rumblefest now, and frankly Rumblefest lasts better.
The saving grace is Control and Gun Run, but these things exist and they are on timed clocks, which then limits the good they do. I was a big hater of Destiny II long ago, but having just gone on because it's basically free, they do PVP better at the moment than Respawn's BR, and given that isn't the sole focus of Bungo, that's saying something.
So, cool, new character. Whatever. Let me know when they fix ranked.

S14? Well, I've had a blast during S14 as I've been hard grinding Star Trek Online. So 9/10 as Respawn's inability to create proper legend balance and do something to curb the hot-drop griefing on BR mode chased me off Apex, and forced me to have fun gaming (something else).
S15 hype? Don't know. I've heard nothing about the removal of the past couple of added legends or the fixing of sbmm, so... yeah, not much hype tbh. Well, a little hope of maybe some more permanent GR or Control, so let's be generous and hype it to a 1/10.
