Can I get into the employed lobbies..

Console ranked matches feel impossible in high Platinum. Somehow the average player is a 4k 20 bomb player 3 stacking. Our skill levels aren't even close to the same. I've only reached diamond 3 times, my friends 0. These games never feel fair or balanced. 

Half the roster and most of the guns put you at extreme disadvantages, it makes the gameplay stale.
