Time's up, here are all 100 perks with screenshots. We'll still have to see how some of these pan out because the descriptions don't tell us everything.

Per the devs, perks will look &/or sound slightly different from the base ability when they are a change to a passive, tac, or ult.

Ballistic bit lacklustre.

I still don't get why Horizon is considered the strongest legend - must be a pro level thing as I get no bother from her in game.

Those buffed revives gonna be a go to. Newcastle highly underrated.

  @jaygates879 Some of his other perks aren't bad. A 2nd smart bullet charge is pretty nice.

    @HappyHourSumwur Yeah, the OTHERS. Why would anyone pick the garbage skirmisher passive over knowing which box has ammo ? Theres a note saying better legends get worse skills so was Ballistic players poping off this whole time and I didn't notice ?
