I wonder if it has that No More Cheaters Energy or that Not Crap Matchmaking Energy or that Improved Audio and Server Performance Energy. Not likely.My point is that they keep pumping out gameplay stuff while ignoring the long standing issues that make it pretty much unplayable for the average gamer. Fix matchmaking, do something about cheaters and smurfs, do what you can about the audio, and improve server performance!!!!

@EA_Mako I just want to say I am very excited about this coming season. Many of the changes I saw look like they have listened to the complaints and survey responses, and they made the appropriate adjustments.Recon legends will be able to see the enemies highlighted in red for a short distance, and I think this is the right thing to do since enemies not being visible was a serious problem.Also, I hope the nerfs and weapon adjustments prevent people from knocking everyone in 1 to 3 hits and gives competitive gunfights that rely on skill rather than exploits.The new respawn and battle sense adjustments sound interesting as well, and I'm glad they are making an effort to make the game playable for everyone and not just a niche player base.The PvE matches available in the new bot mode is something many of us have been asking for since I started the game, and it's good to know they listened to us.Also, I heard they are considering an rp refund system for those that die to cheaters (this was in a youtube video I watched).It sounds like they took our posts and survey responses and made serious changes, so imagine what season 23 will be like when 22 is over if they keep listening to us. The game will keep getting better and better.

Changes look cool. To me none of them matter. When you guys bring back solos that will be a change that can win me over along with many other players who fee the same. I wake up every morning thinking about solos. I’ve check the last 3 days for news on the upcoming update hoping there would be a solos is now added along with trios and quads. I just don’t get it the best change/decision respawn has made in years and it was only around for a couple weeks. If you add it permanently you won’t have to deal with people complaining about it. I’m close to giving up on the game solos is the only thing I’m thinking about when I’m playing trios or comp. There’s the argument there’s not enough players to add solos there would be too many game types. I don’t care just add it and the people who want to play it will and others won’t. Just please do what’s right so I can wake up happy and look forward to playing at night or after work

P2020? No. But I read something about Straight Shot on Twitter, that it's back in some version. First interesting news from Apex in a long time.

I wonder if it has that No More Cheaters Energy or that Not Crap Matchmaking Energy or that Improved Audio and Server Performance Energy. Not likely.
My point is that they keep pumping out gameplay stuff while ignoring the long standing issues that make it pretty much unplayable for the average gamer. Fix matchmaking, do something about cheaters and smurfs, do what you can about the audio, and improve server performance!!!!

Yeah, Straight Shot should be back with the new revival mechanic for the first event.

Revival already sounds like almost a pseudo-Straight Shot on its own, so it seems like the two combined is just going to be pretty non-stop action.

I think the only sensible reactive skin would be a Dragonball Z fusion-dance themed skin that only activates in Akimbo mode. 😉

@EA_Mako Don't know what "revival" is. If it's just another Fragment mode I have no interest in it.

Matchmaking doesnt work if there isnt enough players. Cheaters dont care about the game if no-one plays it or it becomes inconvenient to play.
Both matters can be fixed by having us wait 5-10 min per queue to really find suitable MMR opponents & teammates. Thing about cheating is the guarantees of quick dopamine fix.
What does it do to "Everything immediately" generation playerbase if in return the matches were of better quality? Having a single bad luck game and not having the patience to wait that queue again? Not sure.
Cheater issue is also something that cant be fixed as long as game is popular. Every popular online game from Helldivers to Fishing Planet has cheaters.
Quake Live I played quite a bit few years ago. It had about maybe 300 active players globally. Same people everyday on that same Frankfurt server for EU players. No cheating issues.

Audio & server issues totally agreed.
