lets post another SOLOQ D4 experience today
Same as last seasson, i can play 3 days, then wait 2weeks, after that i play another week to get to DIV where it's again unplayable
Ranked is always hard to start the season, for sure. But just because it's hard doesn't mean it's unplayable. If you're not successful after reaching D4, then it means that you've maxed out. Just because we reach our max in Ranked, especially solo queueing, without reaching Master/Predator doesn't mean it's unplayable. You have reached your highest potential. From there you have to find a team and/or play better. That's what our opponents are doing (excluding cheaters).
When it gets too tough there are other game modes to play. Just a reminder. :-)
Sure i play other modes, just want to play ranked when i have time.
I guess you did not reach the same level where it's obvious there's huge gap between skill of each team. There's missing ranked ladders and it goes from "ok" to "unplayable" for me. I would be really happy if i could start from bronze each split than appear right on the edge of ranked with preds. At least i could enjoy the freaking game rather than being jumped on by full team with comms.
I don't really care about other player's skill level. As long as their not cheating.
I couldn't imagine going to the YMCA to play basketball and then get mad because other players are better than me. Then blame the YMCA and tell them their facility is awful.
Apex is just the facility. If we're getting beat by our (non cheating) opponents then we need to play better. Period.
In regards to cheating that's on the devs. They can't allow bad behavior within the facility. Outside of that... find a team using requeue and get better (according to your rank). That's the only solution.
I agree with you regarding Ranked resets, but it's always pros and cons to everything. Resetting Ranked results in very long queue times for top performers. That's just one problem. Ranked is fine the way it is and should continue to evolve.
because basketball leagues let the best players play against much worse ye? that's your point ? then everyone is enjoying the game
long queue times for better players is obviously EASY to solve by just merging console lobbies with PC's, should be done since crossplay
eldercitizen That's all a lie. I'm a solo master prestige player for 3 seasons in a row for seasons 14-15-16. I'm managing 3-4 kills with at least 2k damage every game. while my teammates get 300-400 damage with 0 kills. I will still end up getting -rp due to it. 2 hours and I can't get past gold 3? So you can't sit here and tell me and everyone else that that's their skill level. This game is indeed unplayable.

First fight I'm having 500+dmg just to compensate for teammates, most likely getting killed because of them
