First fight I'm having 500+dmg just to compensate for teammates, most likely getting killed because of them
There should be 100% matchmaking based on damage, at least to some point

another game of D4 where champs were number #3 and #7 preds, absolutely pointless to have diamond rank
and just to compare, #3 has 52k RP! i have 12,4K RP, so when can devs turn their brains ON please ?????

You're D4 and died to a Predator. That sucks, but that's just the way it is.
Solo queueing should be difficult in Diamond. What do you expect? Requeue with a squad. That's the only solution to truly compete in Diamond.
I maxed out at Plat3 and I'm satisfied with that. I used to max out at D3. Ranked has changed. We're not going to achieve the same rank solo queuing as before. There's no way around it unless the Ranked changes are reverted. Fortunately, the changes were needed and the "majority" of players most likely will not want to go back to the old system.
Switching to assigned POI drops has resulted in better player distribution. It's a fact, link below. You can compare the current distribution to past seasons. The Ranked we were playing before was flawed and allowed players to reach tiers, solo queuing, that they were not supposed to reach. Most players were ratting to rank up.
You have reached your max potential solo queuing. Ranked is not good if a player can "easily" solo queue to Masters. That's crazy. From here you're either going to continue to play and be stagnant, requeue with a squad and rank up a little more, or do what I've been doing and play another game mode and revisit Ranked when you're in the mood to grind. You did good getting to Diamond in the first 3 weeks of the season.
