Same heirloom twice!!

Hi guys, I have been playing apex since day zero, I even have the first battlepass ever made. I have poured alot of time and money into the game. Today I had taken a swing at the 2 pack heirlooms for the price of one. 

I already had Bangalore's cold steel (which i purchased with real money). When I took the gamble I was given the other emerald heirloom for bangalore.... please i already have cold steel is there anyway I can re-shake for another one? I really do not want to be stuck with two Bangalore heirlooms when I dont play her anymore (played her for too long). Ill take anyone else's heirloom like seriously... ill even take ash's heirloom or even rampart. I dont care anymore. Please help APEX!!!
