I can get in high ranked lobbies one day... where I should be, then I'm on the low levels and I literally feel guilty shooting these kids because they are not high level... I kill a whole squad while my teammates aren't present and feel bad for these players. I am wondering why the skill I distribution is not... "distributing" correctly.
The player base is too small, so you have to divide it into PC and three consoles. Then divide it by all the game modes. So SBMM works "correctly" several hours a day (during peak hours).

Terrible matchmaking, full of cheaters, no balance (legends and MnK<Controller, playing MnK is simply not worth it if you are not an aiming god), monetization and many others.
Divide those numbers across all four platforms and all game modes (most players play ranked). You'll have your answer.
