Re: Wrong Heirloom and No fix for almost 2 months??

Hello,Almost 2 months ago there was the event for the random Heirloom event that granted you a random heirloom,I decided to test my luck and try to get renevants Heirloom,I bought all the packs and opened it,The animation and everything showed that I had received Wraiths Kunai, I don’t play wraith but its What i got and I did not make a big deal out of it,But when I tried equipping it,it was not on my Heirlooms,I thought it bugged and restarted the game but when I opened the game it showed the animation again but this time instead of wraiths it was seers heirloom, I find it unfair that the original Heirloom I received was changed and I tried contacting Apex support but no help or fix was given, they only solution was to report it here but I have posted a lot and there is no fix yet,Please Apex fix this or give me a sort of solutions to me or how to fix this,Please contact me or help me in any way ,Thank you
