Community Admin@KelRiever People were complaining about Arenas and still are because matchmaking does not exist and in ranked wins get you less points than a loss. Also no BR will always be the main mode, while Arenas will remain there in the corner unbalanced and not fixed.
@Cro_Pittt You have to put up with my sarcasm, but I actually also secretly have hope that BRs one day, become what they once were....just a silly fun mode to throw tons of people in, not some bull testosterone level test of how much you core rage against your opponents. TF is such a much better display of skill.
ANYWAY, I would believe that fixing ranked points for Arenas would be not too hard. Or...dum dum dum...they could also just remove ranked mode. Arenas is fine without having to have a scoring board for it as it is clearly not their main format.
@KelRiever @Kyldenar @Cro_Pittt Curious what arena’s future will be if the community loves Control so much. I agree to remove ranked arenas. The arena maps are such a waste being stuck in this mode that not a lot of people play. Hope they reuse them in some mode. Stop making BR LTMs but more of arena LTMs like deathmatch or something.
Ranked has no place near Arenas. Just remove ranked and the leave penalty for Arena's again.
If Control is really popular, that could be a permanent mode in the space on the screen currently wasted by Ranked Arenas.
