Season 16 Comeback
Respawn pulled the rabbit out of their hat on this season. I know there is no new legend, but the servers are not lagging, the matches are starting up fast, and today they have 3 maps in rotation! ...

@Xubunnytwo Glad you are enjoying it. I have mixed feelings, TBH.
1) Agree that Mirage a Trois is a nice add. All the other map changes are purely cosmetic. Ballons, banners, & fireworks do nothing to gameplay. I'm in the minority in that I like all the maps and think map design is and always has been a highlight of Apex. The level of detail, the visuals, the lore behind it, & the way the environments are designed to give you so many different ways to fight is really fantastic.
2) Legend changes seem pretty good. BH changes aren't as bad as I thought. Will take some time to adapt to using the class perks well.
3) TDM is a complete fiasco because of players leaving matches early, often before the end of Round 1. They have got to do something about that and make some major changes to how TDM works to fix it.
4) The Nemesis was brought in too OP. I know they did it on purpose but it is ridiculous. I'm willing to let that slide & just deal with it until the inevitable nerf.
5) Matchmaking is still absolute garbage and anti-cheat is minimally effective. Nothing they add will make any difference if they don't fix these things.

- @HappyHourSumwur unfortunately there is not much more they can do about cheaters with the current format. I expect to see waves of them stopping in here with the typical "Banned for No Reason" threads. Then somewhere in the body of that message is how they were only "testing" cheats. LoL
I haven't played TDM yet. My friend on the PS said he lost a BR when the game screen went black and he returned to watch a knocked down Lifeline die to ring burn. He also had people in BR PUGs who AFKed or quit. He called me in to play a few duets in Trios and those went well for both of us. All of that hinges on who is playing along side you and their end goal.
I opened a bin with a Nemesis, but I had my favorite weapons... I guess, I should have picked it up?
I fully understand what you mean about Bloodhound, I play Crypto and I will be learning his new recon role as well. The drone still works as before and I can see zero enemy teams on the banners. He just can't predict the next ring as before.
The changes they made to the game (from my perspective) are working with fewer bugs than ever before. Regrettably Respawn cannot patch the users who cheat, quit, and AFK.
