Season 3 loot distribution

Is anyone else having loot issues in season 3? I fell like the hot drop areas are carrying the most trassshhhh loot. Like searching building after building funding boxes of ammo with no guns next to them. Or running into people right after I land that have level 3 armour and machine guns as im picking up attachments for guns that are nowhere in the vicinity and heals with no way to fight back. Is this something the dev's realize? It's getting so frustrating especially in ranked because you gets f'd from the get go by * loot spawns in high populated areas, I would rather high tier loot be easier to find then having to search an entire city for a level 1 shield and a Mozambique. Paid $50 for another broken season.
