@IDTAKEN192000I'm not saying he necessarily will but if his armour and portion of his health are taken before he gets to react then his chances decrease just because he was in their sight first and not determined by the skill of the player as much.
That 25 hp was the difference of getting hit by the first bullet, knowing where it came from (while still most likely getting shot at) and deciding what to do about it while still keeping it in the shield buffer and making plays but now early game it's always taking chunks out your hp, reducing your chances of anything aggressive till your armour is up and increasing you chances of dying to players not as good..
They just reduced that time to react which you proclaim to support to accommodate noobs while you tell others to stop crying and ''git gud'' when most players, both good and average, are saying it's a bad change..
