Season 9 Prowler?

@hayhor I would love to see it again in the meta. I wonder if I will still use the 99? When the prowler was floor loot, I'd almost never use the 99. When they put the prowler into the CP, it forced me to use the 99 which has been more enjoyable than I thought.

I would not mind seeing them rotate the Alternator into the CP and putting the disruptor rounds on the CP version of it. It was a hugely popular hop up and gun.

If the rotate the PK out, I guess that would mean putting the Mastiff back in? Or maybe not have a shotgun in the CP at all? Spitfire buffed up to compete with the Devo could make for an interesting Care Package weapon.

I'm all for Care Package weapons being OP and super strong. It's what makes going for them worth while and I'm a huge fan of them rotating guns in and out of the CP. It gives me a chance to use the guns they rotate out more frequently and see the skins I have for those guns. While also making other guns more exciting when they are in the CP.

@hayhor Yes please Prowler and PK out of the CP. It'd shake up the weapon meta a little bit, which has been the same for too much time now.

Prowler/PK back to ground loot, 99 and Mastiff back in the package with their good stats would be cool I really liked when 99 was in the package because it shook up the meta nicely and the care package 99 was such a threat when you picked it up. I think since alternator was buffed it would not be as big a difference as people said it was when the 99 was off ground loot. Not a 99 hater I just thought it was a good meta change
