Seer is not Balanced

Fix seer he should not be this op it’s not balanced.

@yoself95470 Hey, there's a nerf incoming with next week's patch. Give him a few games afterwards, hopefully you'll find him more in line with other legends' power levels.

A nerf? I doubt any kind of nerf will make a difference.
Right now I feel compelled to throw all ranked games once I reach final 4. Because there's just no point in playing the small rings with a seer on every single team.
You couldn't nerf him if you made a 5 minute cooldown. The character needs a rework....so bad maybe he should be deleted until he is.

  @KelRiever Full rework is needed. Even the passive is ridiculous.

It has to be a huuuuge nerf if he is to be in line with Lifeline's current power levels.
Now, who wants 4 syringes and blue armour in 5 minutes? Let's go!

Yea hopefully, I'm so sick of dying to got damn seer players... It's literally no fun at all when I'm trying to use a shield battery, and next thing you know, I get by his tactical and have to restart my battery again, but before you know it, I'm already getting pushed by the team. It's seriously not any fun
He really shouldn't be able to deactivate people from using shields and syringes!!
