Unpopular opinion: Intentionally launching an unbalanced character makes it unpleasant for the other 40 players in the 60 player lobby. A third of the lobby has to endure crappy conditions because they “wAnT pEoPLe tO pIcK tHe nEw LeGenD”.
Come on now. This is a much lazier strategy than actual attempting to launch a balanced character. In fact, this sounds like a failsafe statement to defend against the chance of them releasing a character off balance. If the community had received Valk as “too OP” in her current state, they probably would have said “calm down she was supposed to be OP”.
