Apex banned because faceit ?

Why was I permanently banned? I used FaceIt before playing Apex Legends, as I previously used it for CS:GO 2. FaceIt is a widely used competitive gaming program. I have evidence of playing a few minutes before entering Apex Legends, and Apex Legends didn't warn about the use of this program. I had absolutely no intention of cheating. Are you saying that programs widely used in popular games worldwide are cheating? I don't understand. Does EA check what kind of program is being used before banning someone? I need a more detailed answer. I've played with and used EA's services for a long time. I didn't expect their service to be like this. I've played Apex Legends for a long time and had no intention of cheating.
