@BaldWraithSimp Got it. Your solution is "get rid of cancel, make scan weaker, remove passive." That sounds workable.

@LaughingSharko I didn't say get rid of cancel, mind reading it again? Only talked about a 9.9 sec pheonix cancelation when you are chilling inside a building, even the devs acknowledged it
