Servers connection lost

Hello,

Since arenas was released, i’ve been trying to get at least 10 win streak in arenas. I’ve been stuck on 7 and today I was just about to get my 8th win streak (match point) when I disconnected from the servers on my last round. When I entered the game again I was in the lobby. My win streak was reset because of the server connections and I’ve been trying so hard to change my streak. I also recorded it just for proof of needed. The server issues have really made my apex experience stressful. Is there any way I can somehow receive help on this?
Hopefully there’s something to do about this.

Hi there, @Persianboi_Sina.

I really wish we could help, but unfortunately, we aren't able to modify your record so we won't be able to reset that streak. However, if you're disconnecting frequently, we can step through some troubleshooting. If you'd like to do that, let me know what system you're playing on and if you use a wired or wireless connection. Thanks!
